EDUCATION

I am a self confessed education addict!  I am always looking to learn new skills and I usually use books or short courses.  I have listed my university education below, and short courses below that.

BA Make Up, Costume and Technical Effects for the Performing Arts, Technical Effects Pathway (2:1). University of the Arts London, London College of Fashion Campus. 2004- 2007.

Fine Art (Sculpture) Foundation CertificateBretton Hall University College, 2002 – 2003.
Bretton Hall was an affiliated college to the University of Leeds and was also the home of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. In 2000 it very sadly ran into financial difficulties due to, rumour has it, a scandal.  It closed in 2007, to the loss of potential artists everywhere I am sure.  It was a very special place.

BA Digital Media (2:2). Leeds University, Trinity and All Saints Campus. 1999 – 2002.

I have received training, education and business skills through being accepted onto The London Creative Network Programme at Cockpit Arts, which has been complimented with support from the in-house business coaches at Cockpit.  The London Creative Network Programme (LCN) is a professional development programme designed to help craft makers to enhance their ability to advance their business.  The programme has been delivered through a variety of workshops and one-to-one support sessions. 2017.
